Part 1 (Seminar and Climb) In the most powerful combination of education and experience, you will learn how to manage your state of mind in any situation. Mental toughness is an absolute requirement for success in any area of life. SYATT will first teach you those skills in a 7-step process, and then let you put them into practice by climbing the world’s tallest free-standing mountain — Kilimanjaro.

Part 2 (Build a School) Help us leave some Philanthropic Footprints at this year’s SYATT program. Working with the Build a School Initiative, and Global Angels, we will establish and help to build a school for a community that currently has little or no access to education. Be there the first time the kids walk into their new school, hear them sing and feel tears brim your eyes as you experience real gratitude from the future leaders of Africa.

Part 3 (Celebration Time) - optional extra Having climbed Kilimanjaro, learned amazing things and helped establish a school, it is time for you to celebrate with your team. Each year, SYATT celebrates with an amazing Safari experience. This year we will be going to the Ngorongoro Crater and the famous Serengeti national park — see Lions, Elephants and thousands of animals on the plains of Africa. Bring your camera!
